5、熟练运用AutoCAD，及/UG/CATIA/PROE三维设计软件中的一种。

岗位职责：

1、负责加工工艺的制定和切削刀具的选定、工装的设计；

2、负责新项目的成本核算；

3、持续提高产品的质量和效率；

4、编制CNC加工程序；

5、负责工艺技术培训工作等。

职位描述
1、中技以上学历，机械专业 数控专业
2、5年以上工作经验
3、熟悉机械加工原理，识图制图能力强，能熟练运用AutoCAD/MasterCAM/UG等软件，会独立运用MasterCAM、UG进行编程，熟悉MAZAK高速机、FANUC系统，熟悉常用数控刀具参数。熟悉四轴五轴加工中心编程管理，数控车铣床，进口电火花慢走丝。
4、思维活跃，动手能力强。
5、编写零件加工工艺
6、绘制零件加工工序图
7、设计批量零件加工所需夹具，提高工作效率。
8、申购材料及配件。
9、有良好的团队凝聚力。

职责

Responsibilities

1. 接到客户图纸后进行图纸与技术规范的审核，并通过技术交流，与客户在图纸和技术规范方面达成一致。

After receiving customer’s drawing, review drawing and technical standard, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customer on drawing and technical standard.

2. 在新产品报价阶段配合报价工程师完成工艺方案设计，流程图制作，加工成本计算和设备投资规划及项目可行性分析。

At the stage of new product quotation cooperate with quotation engineer to design process scheme, make flow chart, calculate machining cost, make equipment investment plan and analyze project feasibility.

3. 作为项目组长，负责管理指定的项目，并且推动APQP小组开展日常活动。

Being as project leader, manage appointed project and push APQP team to carry out daily activity.

4. 设计新产品的生产工艺，编写数控加工程序。

Design production process of new product and make CNC program.

5. 提供夹具设计工艺技术要求给夹具工程师进行夹具设计，列出刀具清单，刀具选型。按照潜在供应商评估和批准程序开发刀具和夹具供应商。

Provide fixture engineer with process technical requirement for fixture design, listing tools list and type. According to potential supplier evaluation and approval procedure, develop tool and fixture supplier.

6. 负责新产品的试生产，并且根据TS16949的要求生产出一定批量的合格样品。然后将新产品转给生产部门，进入正式生产阶段。

Be responsible for new product’s test running, and according to TS16949 produce a batch of qualified samples, and then hand the new product over to production department to get into formal production stage.

7. 编写、修改和维护流程图、FMEA和控制计划。

Make, revise and maintain flow chart, FMEA and control plan.

8. 同质量工程师合作完成OTS和PPAP样件提交报告，审核提交样件。

Cooperate with quality engineer to make OTS and PPAP sample report and audit sample.

9. 编写工艺文件和产品作业指导书。

Make process document and products instructions.

10. 培训CNC操作手如何生产新产品，以及应生产部的要求培训操作手不断提高CNC操作技能。

Train CNC operators to produce new products and based on production department’s requirement train operators to continuously improve CNC operation skills.

11. 按照公司新产品开发流程完成整个项目直至顺利量产。

According to the company’s new product development flow, complete the whole project till smooth mass production.

12. 参与现生产产品的过程改进，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本。

Participate in existing production process improvement to improve products quality, production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

★具备机械制造与加工工艺的专业知识；有几何尺寸与形位公差方面的基础知识；有丰富的数控加工工作经验。

Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining process, and have basic knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T. Have working experience in CNC machining.

★能够熟练使用Auto CAD、Master CAM、Solid Works。

Be proficient in using Auto CAD 、Master CAM、Solid Works.

★能熟练操作Mazak, Brother等CNC机床，很强的动手能力及现场问题的解决能力。

Be proficient in operating Mazak, Brother and other CNC machines. Have strong hands-on skills and ability to solve on-site problems.

★专注于目标达成，以客户为导向。

Target focus and customer orientation

◆熟悉8D。

Be familiar with 8D.

◆熟悉ISO9001和TS16949质量体系。

Be familiar with QS9000 and TS16949.

4. 经验 Experience

★3年以上数控工艺工程师工作经验，能够熟练编制四轴数控加工工艺，有5轴经验优先。

Over 3 years’ experience as CNC process engineer, and be proficient in making 4-axes CNC machining process. Familiar with 5Axis machining a plus.

5. 语言 Language

★大学英语4级，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

CET 4th, good oral and written English.

◆大学英语6级，优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力。

CET 6th, excellent oral and written English.

6. 个人素质 Personality

★有强烈的责任心；具备优秀的团队管理能力和团队合作精神；能在压力下工作；工作态度积极、高效；有创造性思维，能够解决复杂问题。
