P在香港IT方面的招募进度特别快，其他职位还没有到deadline，我已经做完aptitude test，接到电面了。
首先说说aptitude test：SHL的题目。和巴克莱，UBS的题目很多类似，甚至还有原题，所以大家找那边的题目做一下练习就好。
Numerical：21分钟做21题，难度不是很高。
Verbal:15分钟做30题，难度也一般，可能我运气比较好没碰到特别难的段落，不过已经看得我眼花了，对我来说时间很紧。（看帖的牛人可以无视我）
做完online test 3 天之后（11月1日），我就接到电面的通知邮件。
11月3日10点，就有人打电话来说要和我预约面试的时间。JP还是很人性化，他会找一个两边都觉得flexible的时间，也让你有个心理准备。于是我们就约在第二天早上9点15分电面。
11月4日9点15分，准时接到电话，一开始他先介绍了他自己是一个project manager，然后就开始面试。
题目如下：
Introduce yourself.
Why JP?
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
Tell me about your student activities.
Which program are you interested in? Why?
What do you want to get from this program?
How do you keep update from the financial areas?
What is the tendency of IT in financial area around the globe? Why do you think you are suitable for it?
前面的问题我准备的还行，最后两个没想到，所以回答的磕磕碰碰，看来自己英文还是不太过关。
最后他说keep yourself on tune, we may have an on-site interview next week. Our hr manager may inform you next Monday.
